You will be proficient in image creation, optimization and manipulation. Responsibilities include “front-end” development of web pages and content, designing and producing a wide variety of marketing collateral, campaign material, including multimedia, and contributing to the support of the company's website and marketing activities.

Experienced candidates will have the ability to write both static, dynamic and interactive web pages using industry standard languages and methodologies. Proficiency in XHTML, DHTML, CSS, ASP, PHP, SEO and JavaScript are a must. Experience in Flash is highly desireable.

At least one year web development experience building and managing e-commerce and data-driven websites is required. Specific examples of previous work will be requested.

Must be able to work independently and in small project teams to develop solid web-based applications, including e-commerce, on-line learning and multimedia. Strong application design experience and in-depth analytical capabilities are required.

This position requires a complete understanding of the SDLC and interfaces with various related team members. Must be confident and adept at articulating ideas in a clear, reasoned manner. Ability to work under deadlines and multi-task are a must.

This position lends itself most to the developer who has a good understanding of software programming languages and can demonstrate prior successful experience in creating interactive complex website environments. A qualified candidate must have fluent coding experience with ASP, CSS, SQL Server, XHTML, DHTML and JavaScript.

This is a 100% commission position. Must have two or more years sales experience with Internet products and services or marketing / sales activity in a related industry.

The candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of closing major accounts, possess outstanding cold calling and lead development proficiency as well as strong interpersonal and account management skills. Web literacy a must.

The Sales Representative must be able to participate with the client in the identification of business opportunities for which MickMedia may provide products and services and serve as Internet strategist and liason in the articulation and delivery of those services.

This position requires the development, publication and support of written technical communication, training and analytic materials for a variety of commercial audiences, including content creation, business formation documents and copywriting for Web and print marketing channels.

Work product may include business plans, educational content, internal and external business communication and collateral marketing materials. Must be comfortable working with subject matter experts and extracting the salient business / learning elements necessary for effective communication outcomes. Academic or professional experience in composing, organizing and expressing complex technical and business information to a variety of audiences in hardcopy and softcopy information structures and standardized formats is desired.
