- How will I judge the success of the site?
- What measurable factors can I use to assess the site's effectiveness?
- Who is my target audience?
- Are their any common characteristics my audience shares?
- How can I attract them to my site?
- What does my target audience want or need?
- Will the site required regular updating of content?
- Within my organizatoin, who will be responsible for the site?
- What is my budget for this project?
- What are my limiting factors, if any, in building the site?
