IGotAccepted.com (”Company”) provides customized web-based recruitment services between higher education institutions and college-bound students in the United States. The Company’s proprietary recruitment management system facilitates a more productive and cost-effective method for colleges to recruit students while concurrently providing students a powerful and cost-effective means to market themselves to a broad array of colleges simultaneously. Through this approach, the admissions process is made more equitable and accessible to all high school students.

The Company charges a registration fee to a market of 3,000,000 high school seniors to place an application on the Company’s website, thereby allowing colleges to pre-screen and invite those to apply who are most likely to get accepted. 4100 colleges may initiate queries to the student database according to their own admissions criteria and commence their own recruitment efforts. The need for this service is inherently national and affords an effectively infinite supply of new customers every year to the Company. A marketing beta test indicates strong acceptance by both students and colleges to pay for and use the service. Additional revenue streams are derived from college access fees, advertising, channel partnerships and affinity programs.

The Company was founded by Xxxxxx Xxxxxx in 2004. Yyyyyy Yyyyyy joined the Company as CEO in 2005. The team has direct experience in business startup and turnaround, market research, product design and launch, Internet marketing, website development, new media, licensing and the development of large-scale database management systems. The Company is developing a Board of Professional Advisors in addition to a five-person Board of Directors.

There are several on-line players in the college admissions field but none of them offer services similar to those of the Company. All of these programs are geared toward the student looking for a college. The Company believes its focus on college recruitment, whereby the student’s application is presented to a large body of colleges simultaneously and are delivered to colleges based on the specific admissions criteria of each institution, is unique and without competitors.

The Company has been invited by the New Jersey Institute of Technology to enter its nationally regarded business incubator on its Newark, NJ campus. This will provide the Company with additional technical and human resources to better advance development and launch.

To date, $90,000 has been raised through friends and family. The Company is seeking to obtain a $600,000 second round financing to further develop, launch and market its recruitment system.

The Company projects high gross margins and significant ROI. The Company’s exit strategy is through being acquired within five years. Likely candidates include the major college test preparation companies or a large Internet player in a related field.
