Joint Venture Arrangements

The parent of MickMedia, M.D. Mick & Co., Inc. has been involved in numerous business collaborations in its twenty-year history. From time to time it has taken an equity stake in a particular project in return for providing various management, operational, marketing or administrative services.

On a very limited basis we will consider adjustment or waiver of our normal fee schedule in return for a percentage interest in the business. M.D. Mick & Co., Inc. is not a passive investor and will remain an active participant in the ongoing affairs of the enterprise, usually at the Board level.

Typically we look for projects related to technology, education and retailing but if a compelling argument can be made for your proposition we may choose to become involved provided we believe a meaningful contribution can be made.
