Planning for Business Communication First impression = last impression. It is more true than not.
The importance of thinking through the purpose of your communication documents, including websites, cannot be overemphasized. Too often we find great ideas get lost due to lack of clarity, poor construction or failure to focus on the real intention of the task at hand. Documents or websites that fail to engage the reader will never hit the mark. All business documents must be easy to use and understand. They should not overpower the reader with too much flash and glitter nor appear flat and lifeless.
